    Chin ups and reverse grip pull downs are great for biceps, also slightly pushing away from the bar and pulling yourself into the bar during chin ups works wonders at really isolating the biceps.

    1. You look like a twink 2. Your advice really suggests people need to source their protein sources better. 3. Cooking an egg is also processing, whey is a byproduct of cheesemaking 4. Afterburn effects of exercise are negligible compared to the actual exercise

    I'd probably have lowered my volume and focused more on the basic compound lifts. I'd also have lowered the weights and focused on making sure my technique was spot on. That, and cleaned up my diet and avoided all the useless supplements.

    I started doing this, eating a late breakfast (10AM) & having lunch, but skipping dinner. I have more time, mire energy, sleep much better & have lost about 10 lbs. over 4 months. Because of having a good lunch, am not really hungry the rest of the day. So surprisingly, it hasn't been that hard.

    • @Ketchup365
      @Ketchup365 3 дня назад

      @darren2329 I believe I said it fairly clearly. You are free to believe what you want, but what I won't do is justify my beliefs to you.

      @@Ketchup365Its almost comedic how hypocritical you are dude. You say Al is talking a load of fluff when explaining one of the ways he views life and then 2 comments later say you dont have to justify your way of viewing life to anyone else. No one asked you to justify your way of viewing life. However, the thing an intelligent person would do when critiquing someone else is offer a different point of view which they feel is superior. Not doing so is just unproductive and makes it seem like you are being negative for the sake of being negative.
